Your assignments

One student research assistant position of 6 hours per week. The appointment is for 12 months, starting 1 September 2026. The successful candidate will support both online and laboratory components of the research project. They will assist in curating stimulus sets, designing and administering studies, including participant recruitment and data management. They will also engage with open science practices and ensure ethical standards and participant welfare are maintained throughout.

Your profile

The ideal candidate will have completed a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related discipline and demonstrate a strong interest in developmental perspectives on judgment and decision-making. Applicants should be familiar with programming online experiments (e.g., using SoSciSurvey or LimeSurvey), and have experience with statistical programming in R. Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be willing to work collaboratively within a research team. Prior experience with image processing tools is an asset but not required. Fluency in both English and German is required.
