Your assignments

  • Advise and support leaders, teams, and faculties in organizational change initiatives such as reorganizations, the introduction of new (IT) tools, and New Work practices.
  • Shape and drive cultural development across the university by designing and implementing practical initiatives.
  • Build, develop, and scale the university-wide Change Community to promote knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, team development sessions, and digital/hybrid collaboration formats.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders effectively and support cross-unit collaboration as part of each change initiative.
  • Lead or contribute to strategically relevant projects, ensuring that change is embedded and sustainable.
  • Promote a learning organization where change is seen as an opportunity.

Your profile

  • A university degree, complemented by advanced training in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Transformation.
  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in leading organizational development and complex change initiatives, ideally in higher education or similarly complex organizations.
  • Proven expertise in designing and facilitating workshops, developing practical change methods and formats, and leading community-building initiatives.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
  • High customer orientation, pragmatism, persistence, and result-driven mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Enthusiasm for academia and a systemic, networked approach to organizational challenges.
